Family members: A member of James’ coven along with Victoria.
Personal history: Laurent belongs to a nomadic coven of vampires who feed off of humans. He did most of the speaking for his group even though he wasn’t the groups’ leader. When they arrived in Forks, the group had been traveling from Ontario. When James began tracking Bella, it was Laurent who warned the Cullens about James’ abilities as a tracker. Intrigued by the life Carlisle and his family lived, and not wanting to get in the middle of the fight, Laurent left Forks for Denali. (TW19)
Laurent returned to Forks under the direction of Victoria to kill Bella. He does not succeed and his killed by the Quileute werewolves. (NM10) (NM13)
