Personal history: Victoria is the one member of James’ clan that we don’t know much about. We know that she went after Bella’s scent and ended up chasing down Esme, who was wearing Bella’s clothing, and Rosalie. (TW19) We also know that she is still out there at the end of Twilight.
She appears again in March of 2006 and begins feeding on hikers while investigating the area. (TL - NM10 - NM13) She is trying to kill Bella in revenge for Edward and his family killing her mate, James, but is continuously chased off by the La Push werewolf pack. (NM10 - NM13) It is assumed that Victoria was the "fire" that Bella saw on the water when she nearly drowned. (NM16) But, by the end of New Moon, she seems to have retreated further than ever after the return of the Cullen family. (NMEp)
