According to Rotten Tomatoes the UK press has been kinder in their Twilight reviews than their American counterparts. Fan enjoyment, on the other hand, seems to be about the same wherever the movie plays.
If you happen to live in the UK, you are eligible for this Twilight movie merchandise contest.
The Indian press examines vampires in genreal and just what the Twilight attraction is.

Well, I say Thank God for the Brits! FINALLY! Somebody’s giving Twilight excellent reviews! I’d love to tell the snotty US reviewers where they can go and where they can shove it.
C’mon British Twilighters, keep the box office tab running high!

Have seen the film twice this weekend, once with two work colleagues who have also been reading the books constantly over the past week and half and once with a friend who hasn’t read the book (but now has my copy of Twilight).
I think they have done a good job on the film, Kristen and Robert played the characters well, Robert certainly had the broody angst thing going on and they really captured the awkwardness of Charlie and Bella’s relationship.
I can’t wait for New Moon, although there is not going to be enough Edward in it…

Devon061381, and Celeste, how about you go shove it! And BTW, we’re not mean, at least we have a hell of a better taste in entertainment than the snobby Brits.
The film was great? What the hell is wrong with you people? Did you just come out of a hole? You’re all stupid, you all have rocks for brains.
